Sasha Sass Candles does not offer refunds. However, we will gladly replace any candle or wax melt damaged during shipping within 14 days of receipt. You must submit a photo of the damaged item, order number & receipt via email: info@sashasasscandles.com for replacement. Once we receive the information your replacement will be shipped at no cost to you. We will notify you once your item has shipped.
We ship out orders Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday. There will only be a delay during the holidays. All products are made when ordered and needs to cure for at least two days.
