REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sasha SASS Candles does not offer refunds. however, we will gladly replace any candle or wax melt damaged during shipping within 14 days of receipt. You must submit a photo of damaged item, order number & receipt via email: info@sashasasscandles.com for replacement. Once we receive the information your replacement will be shipped at no cost to you. We will notify you once your item has shipped.
