REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Sasha Sass Candles does not offer refunds. however, we will gladly replace any candle or wax melt damaged during shipping within 14 days of receipt. You must submit a photo of damaged item, order number & receipt via email: for replacement. Once we receive the information your replacement will be shipped at no cost to you. We will notify you once your item has shipped.
You cannot return or exchange lip balm.
