We want your Sasha Sass Candles order to arrive safely and make your home smell amazing. Below you'll find our shipping and return policy, along with what to expect after you place your order.
Shipping Information
We currently ship orders Monday through Wednesday. Because our products are hand-poured and made to order, please allow at least two days for your candles or wax melts to cure before shipment. During holidays or high-volume periods, shipping times may be slightly delayed.
We take care in preparing each order so your products arrive ready to enjoy.
Return & Exchanges
At this time, Sasha Sass Candles does not offer refunds. However, if your candle or wax melt arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it within 14 days of receipt.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Please email us at info@sashasasscandles.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

a photo of the damaged item

your order number
-
your receipt
Once we receive your information, we'll send your replacement at no additional cost and notify you when it ships.
